I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted for exactly who you are. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, allowing us to explore your inner world at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to better understand the internal experiences that shape the way you move through the world, while nurturing the strengths and wisdom that already exist within you.
I support teens and adults who may be navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship struggles, or past experiences that continue to impact the present. My goal is to help you build a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner balance, while learning to meet yourself with kindness rather than judgment.
