More About Melissa
Melissa Manning is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of M&M Counselling. She works with people of all ages who need to make changes in their personal lives that create less stress and more confidence.
Melissa has many years of lived experience of her journey with trauma and grief, and that influences her approach, clinical abilities, and connections she has to her staff and clients. She is passionate about using her skills and knowledge in her clinic to expand over the coming years so she can do her part in reducing the effects of trauma and mental health in our everyday lives.
She has over 21 years of diverse experience in counselling and is a passionate lifelong learner who is always seeking knowledge and upgrading her skills. She has a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Services with a Specialization in Mental Health Counselling. She completed the Healthcare Business Management Certificate at Brock University in January 2020 and a group practice business coaching program in 2025. She is currently completing EMDR, Integrative Relationship Therapy and Narcissistic Abuse Survivor certifications.

Melissa shares common roles and aspirations with her clients, including being a woman, single mother and business owner, all while striving for personal growth and a better life.
She also regularly goes to a therapist! Through her own therapy experiences, she has done the hard work of healing from past traumas and events, which has allowed her to grow and heal.
Melissa uses and incorporates the tools she teaches her clients daily. She prioritizes self-care, boundaries and relationships to ensure she’s living with joy and gratitude.
These experiences influence her passion for helping others and building client relationships. She is blessed to be living her purpose.
Erin Dilollo
I take on an integrated approach to psychological techniques and modalities. This will allow me to customize my approach to each client, as every person has their own goals in therapy.
I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). CBT will be integrated into practice by using evidence-based approaches to establish healthy patterns of thinking and provide techniques and interventions to improve overall well-being.
DBT presents similar objectives to CBT, while adding a mindfulness approach. I will integrate this into practice to introduce acceptance and change into your life. Some specializations include feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and more.
