We tailor our approach for you! We work with people over 18, but we also work with adolescents (and their parents) aged 12 to 17. Our goal is to reduce your symptoms, elevate happiness, and provide daily relief.
Our evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family and Individual Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, and Complex Trauma Therapy, guide the journey toward healing.
Regardless of the approach we decide on together, we’ll help you build your capacity to manage challenges. You’ll learn coping skills and process ongoing concerns. Rediscover peace and reclaim control over your well-being.
